Fhylabs – WhatsApp Gateway for Business Automation

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Definitions

In this document, the following terms have the following meanings:

Service: The WhatsApp automation system provided and operated by Fhylabs, including all related features and functionality.
User: The individual or entity that registers, accesses, and/or uses the services provided by Fhylabs.
Content: All messages, data, and information sent, received, or stored by the User through the service.

By using the Fhylabs service, the User agrees to:

Not send spam messages, unwanted advertisements, illegal, discriminatory (including racially and ethnically motivated), pornographic, violent, or other material that violates applicable laws or norms.
Is fully responsible for all content sent, published, or disseminated through the WhatsApp account connected to the service.
Comply with all official WhatsApp terms and policies, including but not limited to the usage rules and restrictions implemented by WhatsApp Inc.
Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, threats, or other illegal activity.
Use the service only for legitimate and ethical business purposes.

Fhylabs is not responsible for any form of blocking, suspension, or banning of WhatsApp accounts caused by violations of WhatsApp policies by the User.
All risks arising from misuse of the service, data loss, operational disruptions, or other losses are entirely the User's responsibility.
Fhylabs does not guarantee that the service will be free from disruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. However, we are committed to regular repairs and maintenance.

The User agrees not to:

Use the service to commit fraud, harassment, threats, or other criminal acts.
Send content containing viruses, malware, or other malicious software.
Access, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data belonging to Fhylabs or other users.
Use the service in a manner that could harm Fhylabs, third parties, or the public.

Fhylabs reserves the right to change, update, add, or discontinue any or all of the services at any time without prior notice.
Fhylabs may also change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced through official media and will be effective from the date of such announcement.
Users are deemed to have accepted these changes if they continue to use the services after the changes take effect.

By using Fhylabs services, Users acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use of the services must be done wisely, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws in each User's jurisdiction.
Fhylabs is not responsible for any blocking or banning of WhatsApp accounts by WhatsApp Inc. resulting from use of the services.
Misuse of the services, including violations of these terms, may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account without any right to a refund.
Fhylabs reserves the right to take legal action if serious violations of these terms are discovered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from the use of the services will be resolved through deliberation to reach a consensus. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through applicable Indonesian legal channels.
